Is there a way I can transfer all my customers and their addresses on QuickBooks to print out as address labels? so I don't have to handwrite them all?

I can share some information about the customer addresses in QuickBooks Online. 

At this time, we're unable to update the customer's address description in QuickBooks Online. However, this is a great idea, and I would like to put this forward to our developers so I'd encourage you to send them your product suggestion.

Here's how to add your request:

1. Click the Gear icon.
2. Select Feedback.
3. Enter your feedback and suggestions.
4. Click Next.
5. Select Feedback for the Category.
6. Click Send message.

As a workaround, we can pull up a Customer Contact List report and export it to Excel. Let me guide you how to do that:

1. Click Reports.
2. On the search field, look for Customer Contact List.
3. Click the Export icon at the top right of the report.

Once exported, you can now manually update the column headers with the preferred description. That should so it, Trina-julian777.
