Yes, you should be able to reinstall and run QBD 2020 on Win 11 without any issue. 

I have QB 2022 which runs on Windows 10.  I want to move to a new computer running Windows 11.  I went through these steps, but when I double clicked the QB file on the flashdrive, there was an error that said QB couldn't be installed.  What should I do, and is it still ok to use QB on my old computer until this is resolved and then try again to move it to the new computer at a later time?

The migration tool is not reliable. You should reinstall QB program on your new machine and restore the backup file manually.

When I try to move everything to the USB it gets to 97% and then says something went wrong and try again.
