One thing you can do is opening QBSE in a private or incognito window. This can help figure out if the issue is caused by temporarily internet files in your regular browser, like extensions or saved data. If it works in the private window, you'll want to clear your browser's cache. If it still doesn't work, you could use a different browser.

For Mac:

Safari: Command + Shift + N
Google Chrome: Command + Shift + N
Firefox: Command + Shift + P

For PC:

Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
