Thank you for bringing this to our attention, therach1983. Let me help you resolve the issue while accessing your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE).

 

In most cases, excessive cache stored on the regular browser can cause the program to have system performance issues. With this, I recommend logging in to your QBSE account using a private browser, as it ignores websites from using cache and cookies and doesn’t record any history and data. Use these shortcut keys on your keyboard to access incognito mode:

 

  • Safari: Control + Option + P
  • Google Chrome: Press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Firefox or Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P

 

Once you've logged in successfully to your account, clear the browser's cache so the system can start fresh. If you get the same result, I recommend switching to a different supported browser.
