NOTIFICATION EMAILS

Once you get to #2, it DOES NOT give you the option to edit the email. Only to turn on/off Payday Reminders and Tax Setup Reminders. Not the email.

I am the primary admin on the account. Is there a way to edit the "SEND TO" email?

Hi there, @nmt1.

Thanks for joining this thread. I'll guide you on how to edit the Send To email.

To make the change, simply update the company email address in your Accounts and Settings.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and then Accounts and Settings.
  2. Select the Company tab.
  3. Click the Edit icon the in the Contact info section.
  4. Update the company email.
  5. Click Save and then Done.

Then, go back to your Payroll Settings and review the changes. The modification can take a few minutes. If it takes too long, we can perform some troubleshooting steps to isolate the issue.

You may have accumulated too much historical data. Whenever you visit a website, it saves some information from the web page in its cache and cookies. These files allow the websites you visit most often to load faster. Not to worry, clearing them will do the trick.

First, let's try accessing your account through an incognito window to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue. You can refer to these shortcut keys to open an incognito window in all supported browsers:

  • Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Shift + N

If it works, switch back to your regular browser. Then, clear its cache. This way, you can access QuickBooks with a clean slate. You can also use a different supported one.

Additionally, these resources provide instructions on how to customize payroll account preferences to suit your specific business needs:

THANK YOU!

That worked perfectly. I was able to update the payroll email notifications by completing that step.

I appreciate your help.
