The PDF files attached to the PO we send to companies are not transmitted to the other party. We started to experience this problem after the Quick books was updated. Companies are giving feedback that the attached files do not reach them. Since the shipping labels we send in the attachment are not forwarded to the vendor, the shipping process is interrupted. Can you help us with this issue?
It's great to see you here in the Community space, @bgonline0655. I appreciate you informing us about the PDF files attached to the PO that haven't been transmitted to the other companies. I'll share some troubleshooting steps so the attachment will be forwarded to your vendors.
Since the problems occur after the update, I'd suggest performing the Rebuild Data Tool. The Rebuild process removes empty and/or damaged information from the file.
Before QuickBooks Desktop will Rebuild Data it requires a backup of the company file. This security measure ensures there is a secure copy of your file before any changes are made to it.
To rebuild data, follow the steps below:
For more details, see this article: Resolve Potential Data Issues in QuickBooks Desktop. For other ways to help fix problems and errors, you may open this article: Fix common problems and errors with the QuickBooks Desktop Tool Hub.
Then, you can try to send the PDF attachment again. You may also review the PDF attachment you've added to your purchase order and ensure that all the details are properly added to the vendor's information. For more details about creating a purchase order and attaching documents, see these articles below:
Additionally, I'll be sharing the Accounts Payable workflows that you can use when creating transactions in QuickBooks Desktop: Accounts Payable workflows in QuickBooks Desktop.

We have also been experiencing this problem, and have been added to the investigation. But you should also know that when a PO is copied, the attachments don't come with it. That's a recent problem, as well.
