As I'd love to assist you further, however, for the security of your account, I don't have the chance to do it here on the Community page. To check this further securely, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Support Team.

 

Please know that our QuickBooks Care Team can only initiate a call for customers who requested a callback.

  1. Click the Help icon in the upper right of the screen.
  2. Select Contact US on the pop-up. 
  3. Enter what you're needing assistance with in the What can we help with? field and choose Let's talk
  4. Click Get a callback.
  5. Enter your contact information.
  6. Select Call me.​

If the Contact US doesn't work, let's perform some troubleshooting to fix the issue.  First, use a private or incognito window when logging into QuickBooks.


Here’s how:
•    Press Ctrl + Shift + N keys on your keyboard (Google Chrome).
•    Press Ctrl + Shift + P keys on your keyboard (Firefox or Internet Explorer).
•    Press Control + Option + P keys on your keyboard (Safari).


If it work's fine as suggested clearing your browser’s cache since this can improve functionality.


Sometimes, switching to a different browser (Inter Explorer, Chrome, and Firefox) can help issues like this.
