Printing all my information on blank checks

I have blank checks that I print. I have previously printed checks and they printed correctly. However, now when I print it does not print my business name and address or bank information. I have not changed anything or updates. Please help.

To have your business name and address printed on your checks in QuickBooks Desktop, we need to select the Print company name and address option. Let me walk you through the steps on how.

 

  1. On your top navigation bar, go to File. 
  2. Select Printer Setup. 
  3. Under Form Name, choose Check/Pay Check. 
  4. Tick the Print company name and address checkbox.
  5. After that, click OK.

 

Once finished, you'll be able to see your business name and address when you print checks.
