Let's make sure to fix your QuickBooks crashing issue, GG6.
Various factors can cause QuickBooks to crash. One of the major reasons for this issue is the corruption of data files or damage to the QuickBooks program itself. Additionally, corrupt files or blockage from other Windows programs can also contribute to this problem.
The QuickBooks Tool Hub helps fix common errors. You can run the Quick Fix My Program from the Tool Hub. To do so, follow the detailed steps below:
- Close QuickBooks.
- We recommend you download the most recent version (1.4.0.0) of the QuickBooks Tool Hub. Save the file somewhere you can easily find it (like your Downloads folder or your Windows desktop). Note: If you've already installed Tool Hub before, you can find out which version you have. Select the Home tab. The version will be displayed on the bottom right or you can select About to view the version.
- Open the file you downloaded (QuickBooksToolHub.exe).
- Follow the on-screen steps to install and agree to the terms and conditions.
- When the installation finishes, double-click the icon on your Windows desktop to open the tool hub.
You can search in Windows for QuickBooks Tool Hub and select the program if you can't find the icon. 
Once done, run the Quick Fix my Program. This will shut down any open background processes QuickBooks uses. It will run a quick repair on your program. Here's how:
- In the QuickBooks Tool Hub, select Program Problems.
- Select Quick Fix my Program.
- Start QuickBooks Desktop and open your data file.
