Can I make a copy of all data online as I am closing a business and want to keep a copy of all data.

You can export or print some of the data that you have in your account. This includes the list of your customers, vendors, and products or services. You can follow these guides on how to export them:

Aside from that, there are also third-party apps in our App Store that offers back up services. Just go to the Apps menu and select Find Apps. You can also find them here: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/app/apps/home/.

Lastly, your QBO data will become a read-only file after canceling your account. Within this period, you can export or print your data out of the program. The system will then delete them automatically exactly a year after an account is cancelled.
