All of a sudden my deposit slips are printing double spaced in the summary section and takes two pages to print. Anyone know how to fix this?

We received similar reports regarding the double spacing resulting in the Deposit Total printing on a second page. Our Product Team is already investigating the root cause of this unexpected behavior and are working to resolve this promptly.

In the meantime, I'd recommend reaching out to our Online Support so they can pull up your account and sign you up to receive email updates as soon as they become available.

I have this same double spacing on the "deposit summary" since January 2020.

I have QBO. I have had multiple agents remote in to look at the double spacing on the "deposit summary."

The deposit slip set up does not allow changing the line spacing for the "deposit summary"

I still have the same double spacing on the deposit slip summary. My deposit slips still are 2 pages long with the continued double spacing programming. This has not been fixed yet.

Important note: I have used multiple computers, multiple browsers. Repaired and uninstalled adobe reader. The QBO deposit slip set-up does NOT allow line spacing changes in the "deposit summary."

When will this be fixed??

Allow me to share some info about the double spacing issue.

The spacing in the deposit summary is working as designed. Its purpose is for printing the deposit info on a customer's deposit paper.

I have had QB since 1997 and it has always been single spaced until recent months.  The deposit slips are the same ones I have used all along.  The deposit slip allows room for 18 checks on the deposit slip.  The summary used to list all 18 checks on the summary page.  Now, it will only allow 13 lines.  The rest prints on a second piece of blank paper.  This is very annoying.  For the money we pay EVERY month for the online version, (that was marketed as keeping us up-to-date with the online version), this is unacceptable.  It has been months since this double spaced mishap occurred and QB needs to fix it.  How hard can it be???

Please forward to a supervisor and stop posting stupid replies that it is working as designed.  QB has already commented that it was investigating the unexpected behavior and was working on a solution.

I disagree that the spacing is working as designed. The deposit slip summary used to fit all on one full page deposit slip. NOW it does not. 

The Full Sheet Deposit slip is meant to print a total of 18 checks on one deposit slip. Top 1/3 page lists the check amounts with a total. The bottom 2/3 used to list all 18 checks on one sheet with the name on the check, check number, amount, etc. - and along with ALL 18 checks detailed on the one page - we also had the total listed on 1 page.

Now it prints only 13 and the remaining 5 entries and sub total, cash back, deposit total all now print on a second page - deposit slips were not designed to print on two pages - which quickbooks does now.
