This error can be caused by stored temporary internet files in the system. Below I have included a couple of steps to resolve this error for both browser and QuickBooks Online application:
Depending on which browser you're using, here are the instructions for all supported browsers on clearing cache and temporary internet files.
For the application, let's reset the app data:
- Under the QuickBooks menu, click Sign Out.
- Click the Help menu, and then choose Reset App Data.
