The online app usually logs me in automatically. This morning it will not sign me in and will not allow me to click in the password area to log on. If I go online, it automatically logs me in. Are there issues this morning with the app?

Let me be the first to welcome you to the QuickBooks Community. I’m here to help you get back up and running and make sure you’re able to log in using your mobile app.
There’s currently a reported case similar to this and our Technical team is diligently working to look for a fix. While they’re continuing to work on this, we can try some basic troubleshooting to isolate the problem.
Sometimes, clearing the app’s cache helps in fixing any sorts of errors in the system. Here’s how to do that:
Once done, try to log in to your QBO mobile app. If you’re still having the same issue, I’d suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the app to refresh the system.
In the meantime, you can log in and access your QBO company file using a supported web browser until we’re able to fix this for you. Also, please give our Customer Care Team a call to have your account added to the list of affected users. This way, we can notify you once we received an update.

The app is denying me access to create a payroll
Hello Pearson D Electrical,
It could be a glitch in the app which causes the payroll interruption. Let's try resetting the app. Here's how:
If you're still unable to process payroll, please contact Payroll Support so we can investigate further.
Using a web browser to run payroll can be an option, too.
