Join nowUpgrading to new computers. We have 7 computers on our workgroup (No Domain). I want only 3 computers to have access to the Quickbooks files folder on our "main" computer. Our previous setup was insecure and allowed anyone on the network to access the QB folder/files (YIKES!)
I have made numerous attempts at sharing without success unless I open it to "everyone".
How do I configure it so that my main computer’s share (Quickbooks working file) is secure and only accessible by the two other computers?
Or does QB enterprise automatically setup permissions when installed?
