Unexpected error can occur if the connection between your bank's website and QuickBooks Online is interrupted. We can update the Banking page manually to refresh the connection.
- In the Banking page, click the Update button.
- Enter your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) credentials.
- Select Continue update.
If the same thing happens, I'd recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks Customer Care Team. They'll be able to investigate this further.
