Join nowI have had QuickBooks Pro 2021 Desktop on my MS Surface running Windows Pro 10 system. I recently had some issues and decided the best fix was to uninstall and then reinstall. If I recall when I first tried to download the program to the MS Surface X I had to go to the Microsoft website to get the available file due to the Windows Pro 10 System.
I have been working with technical support now for two days via the chat and it has cost me $79.00 for support as I did not subscribe to the service. Now on the chat and the person wants me to purchase QuickBooks Pro Plus 2022. Which I do not think is necessary.
Any suggestions as to how I can get QuickBooks Pro 2021 back on my laptop so I can service my clients remotely?
Can you download the installer for QBD 2021 to your machine and run the installation wizard?

QuickBooks Desktop Pro 2021 is compatible with Windows 10 in all editions, including 64-bit. Since you had some issues before, you’ll want to review the operating system, hardware, software, and other requirements to run QuickBooks Desktop.
