Join nowI am attempting to export data from QB desktop to QB online but keep getting the same error message: "It was not possible to connect to the revocation server or a definitive response could not be obtained". Does anyone have any ideas on how to work around this? Any help would be very much appreciated.
Which QB Desktop year version do you have? Make sure your Total Targets are less than 350K prior to migrating to QB Online.

Thanks. It's QB Pro 2015. The targets are currently set to zero.
Good morning @Vince101! Hope you had a great weekend. :)
I'd be happy to help you go through some steps and complete the export process. Let's start out by verifying and rebuilding your data.
These steps are explained in detail in this article: How to resolve issues when importing from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online.
If the export process gives you the same error after following these steps, feel free to reply to this post and let us know. We're all eager to help you!
Install the trial license of QBD Pro 2021 to convert your file, then migrate it to QBO.
Consider using a 3rd party service to do the conversion for you.
Need to condense file - 450K targets - so i can upload to QB online
Have you tried the Condense Data utility? Otherwise you should consider these options:
1. Purchase a 3rd party condense service
They will remove all transactions prior to the cutoff date (and replace them with opening balance entries) as well as list items with no associated transactions after the cutoff date. List items include: accounts, customers, vendors, items, other names, employees. If you need to access data prior to the cutoff date, you can open an archived copy of the pre-condensed data file. You can specify a subset of list items you want to remove or choose to remove all list items that have no associated transactions after the cutoff date.
2. Purchase a 3rd party migration service
They will help migrating the whole data with a migration tool.
