I have been able to bring up the +New column, but I want to do is to change my home screen to include the new column and not have to click on the the bars to bring it up. This change has caused extra clicks required to get to the option most often used.
Hi keneb,
The Plus (+) icon has been moved to the left-hand navigation bar of your home screen. Let me provide you a few information and help you bring up the plus (+) new column in your home screen.
QuickBooks Online (QBO) just released a few updates. One of them includes the Plus (+) icon's new location on the left side.
Once you click your home screen, you can automatically view the icon without having to click the bars on the left side.
I have included this link in case you have other questions about QuickBooks Online (QBO): Account Management.
Post a comment below if you need anything else. I'll make sure to help.
