Running QB Desktop 2020 for MAC book pro. Recently had to reinstall my OS and restore from backup. I am now receiving the following QB message:
QuickBooks could not verify your information.
Make sure QuickBooks is registered with a valid license number and email address and that your computer is currently online.
I have my license number and under manage license I have 3 options:
- buy additional license
- sync license
- deauthorize this computer
How do I make sure my license number is registered?
