I'm consistently getting more and more Error 400 messages. days go by that I can't sign in to my QBSE account. Help?

I've removed my only browser extension which helped very briefly. Usually I just keep trying until somehow it goes through. What is going on??

Let's perform basic troubleshooting to help resolve error message 400 when signing in to your QBSE account, Miniks.

There are times when the browser is full of frequently accessed pages, thus causing some unusual responses to the system. Let's try accessing your account through an incognito window to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue.

You can refer to these shortcut keys to open an incognito window in all supported browsers:

  • Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
  • Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+P
  • Safari: Command+Shift+N

If you can log in successfully, I recommend clearing the cache of your regular browser so you can access QuickBooks with a clean slate. You may also use a different supported one.

However, if the issue persists, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Support team. They can further investigate this matter and create an investigation if necessary. To reach them, see this link: Contact QuickBooks Self-Employed Support.

Additionally, I'll be sharing these resources that will guide you in tracking your transactions and how to update your personal information in QBSE:

I'm always here, ready to help and provide additional information you need to fix log-in issues and other unusual behavior in QuickBooks. Take care always.
