The frameworks in QBDT depend on the system requirements of your computer. If you're using Windows 10, the option to access is unavailable. Since 2004 QBDT is only supported for Windows 7.

I Just Went To Wibdows 11! Unable To Locate My Original Disk!
Thank you for getting us back, pipesplus. Allow me to provide more information about your disk.
Since QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) 2004 is a discontinued version, finding a physical copy of your disk is unavailable, even you're using Windows 11. The lowest version available is QBDT 2010, which is only available through download.
For you to retrieve your files, I recommend upgrading your subscription to the latest version QBDT 2024.

QB Desktop 2004 is ancient. You should contact @Fiat Lux - ASIA for help opening your company file on Win 11.
