For general issues with QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) mobile app, clearing the app's cache can be helpful in resolving them. By clearing its cache, you can remove the historical data and access QuickBooks with a clean slate.
To start with, let's refresh your data to see the latest information available on your QBSE app and resolve this unexpected behavior.
Here are the steps:
iOS
- Go to Settings, then tap General.
- Click iPhone Storage, then tap the QuickBooks Self-Employed app.
- Select Offload App.
This will free up the storage without deleting your app's documents and data.
Android
- Go to Menu ☰, then tap More Options ⋮.
- Select Settings, then Refresh Data.
- Click YES to confirm.
You can uninstall and reinstall the QBSE mobile application if the problem continues. Otherwise, you can access QBSE here and enter your credentials.
