Is Intiut STOPPING all new QBD 2021 (32b) sales after Dec 2021? I can see the product is supported until 2024, but can new person wants to buy it or will they be pushed towards 2022?

You should purchase the one time license of QBD 2021 immediately. Otherwise, you can only purchase it from a few partners until the stocks last.
QBD 2022 only supports 64 bit. You can purchase a one time license of QBD 2022 Accountant edition as another option.

We have set a set of requirements that must be met for QuickBooks to work efficiently. Based on our test run, one of them is a minimum of a 64-bit operating system for windows.
This means and I can assure you that QuickBooks Desktop 2022 in all versions is at its best and will work as long as your desktop meets these requirements: System Requirements for QuickBooks Desktop 2022.
