My QBO app for PC cannot be downloaded

Hi, I was in the middle of fixing some accounting on my QBO desktop PC app and the right side of the screen (not menu items on left but right window) all got huge and no matter what I did I could not resize with the Control+ or - keys. I uninstalled the app after trying all the other suggestions like clearing cache. When I went to re-install the app, guess what, I cannot find the download. No option to download in my settings or menu. This was something I had and was part of my paid subscription and I would very much want it back! I have the quickstart version from intergrating from desktop pro. Where can I get the download of the QBO app for my PC?

Downloading the QuickBooks Online (QBO) desktop app via the Gear icon is only available on QBO Advanced and Accountant versions. Also, it needs a Windows 64-bit processor in your software to have the feature.

Below are the links you can use to download the app. Before that, let's ensure you have a 64-bit processor if you're using a Windows computer. Once ready, refer to the links below:

For Windows computer: QuickBooks Windows app.
For Mac computer: QuickBooks Online for Mac app.
