Purchased Desktop Pro Plus 2023 and never received the installation file how to update now

Hello there, LMTAR. Allow me to share details about the installation file in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).

When installing QBDT 2023 , please make sure to enter the product and license number for 2023, not 2022. It's important to note that the product and license number will not appear in CAMPS until the product is installed and registered.

If you bought a digital version of QBDT from our website, your product info can be found in the original purchase confirmation email. If you purchased it from our retail store, you can find the product info on the label located on the original packaging next to the UPC Code.

Please know that the installer isn't included in the email. You'll have to download it from the QBDT Manager website. You can check your email for accurate product and license numbers. If you can't find the email, please check your spam folder. If you don't receive it, you can contact our QBDT support.

Do you know if you can skip from 2022 which is what is registered and installed on my computer, right to the 2024 version?

I couldn't find any help articles on this subject.

The problem is I don't have a product number for 2023. 

The license number has not changed since I originally purchased the subscription in 2022.

I originally purchased my subscription from Software Discount Centers on 6/9/22.

On 6/9/23 my subscription was renewed through Intuit, and I received an email receipt for the purchase, but nothing else.  I never received an email with the product number in it for 2023

I didn't realize at the time that I needed to register and download an install for 2023.  I thought it was automatic once I received the receipt for the purchase.

I suspect that the product code in CAMPS is for the 2024 version.

I downloaded and tried to install 2023 using the code that is in my current 2022 version and that failed.

Then I tried to install 2023 using the code in CAMPS and that failed.

My question is, can I just download and install 2024 without installing 2023 first if the code in CAMPS is really for 2024?

It isn't clear to me when looking at the products in my account.
