QB Desktop Pro Plus - Multi-user install on server?
Hi All, I have a customer I support that went out to Staples and purchased two copies of the QB Desktop PRO Plus with (1) User + (1) Year subscription. My question is, if I spool a new Virtual environment can I get this installed for multi-user use in a server environment or did they buy the wrong version? THank you
I would recommend requesting a refund of your license and buying a new license for 2 users. It's easier to do that than contacting Support and asking them to merge the licenses.
