<p>Hello, I use Quickbooks 2019 for Mac version V.18.0.12.R13. For the past two years, I have been downloading the file and exporting to Quickbooks for Windows for my bookkeeper who uses Desktop Pro Plus 2023 for Windows 11. All of a sudden, she can't open my files and is getting the error message, your subscription has expired with a button to renew subscription. I don't get that error message. Anyone have a clue what we can do. She called QB support and was on for an hour with no solution. Thank you.</p>
