I have some information about release updates. The support and updates for QuickBooks Pro 2009 are no longer available. You'll have to subscribe to a higher version.
In the meantime, you can try our trial version to a newer desktop version. This way, you'll be able to access your backup file.
You'll want to also check out our system requirements for the best experience.
