Well, with all due respect, this is not my job.
Intuit is not alone in convincing the end-users of their products to supply them with free labor, but think about it - you are asking me to take an hour or two away from my job to help you fix a basic flaw in your software that you seem to have been aware of for at least two years.
Again, with all due respect, Intuit has vastly greater resources than I and should be doing this without my needing to ask or to spend my time.
