Release 13 PULLED or RECALLED?

Last Week, QuickBooks Desktop 2024 Accountant Release 13 was out and we installed it on all our workstations. Today, Release 13 is no where to be found and it now shows Release 11.

1. Exactly Why was R13 pulled?
2. What should customers do who already installed Release 13?
3. Why weren't customers Notified?

QuickBooks Accountant phone support claims they have no idea.

Thank you for reaching out to the QuickBooks Community! I will like to double check some information. Is it  possible that you can hit F2 on the program and let me know the current version you're seeing. If you decided to share a screenshot, please remove any sensitive information.
