Thank you for your response Mich_S ... Question:  would you be able to click on "set up adobe reader" for me in my account and then I can see if that resolves the issue?  I am a sole proprietor and do not have IT support and do not know how to switch from Safari to Goggle Chrome or any of the others you mentioned.  I thought Online QBs was compatible with Apple Mac when I purchased it, but I'm wondering if that is accurate.  OBTW - I'm not tech literate, other than the basics for my practice (MS Word / Excel / PPT) ... so that makes this task even harder for you "wizards."

To make sure I'll be able to address your concern, can you tell me more details about it? This way, I'll know where to start and be able to address your problem more quickly.
