The QBSE app won't let me in without paying again and it won't take my cards with an error message saying that I have to manage it through Play Store. How do I fix this?

I had to reactivate my account after missing the payment on the scheduled day. It wouldn't let me pay through the app so I paid it through Play Store. I paid it there and tried to use the app again but the app redirected me to the resubscribe screen saying that I need pay to get to my profile. For some reason it won't take my cards on that screen with and error message saying that my cards "weren't available in your country", Play Store says I'm subscribed yet I can't get into the app. I literally tried fixing this with customer support for ever 3 hours but they can't seem to figure why the error is blocking my account.

This isn't the experience we want you to have, @theblackwolf20. I understand how you feel about not being able to access the QBSE (QuickBooks Self-Employed) app even though you have already paid. Your concern is valid, and we'll take it to management to make our customer service better.

 

We suggest getting in touch with our QuickBooks Self-Employed Support team again to issue to be investigated further. You can also ask for an update regarding your case. To contact our support team, kindly follow these steps:

 

  1. Go to Help (?) and select Contact Us.
  2. If you’re using the QuickBooks Self-Employed app, tap the + button and select Ask QB Assistant.
  3. Enter “talk to a human”, then select Continue.
  4. Choose a way to connect with us: Ask the community, Chat with us, or Have us call you to a call from a support expert.

 

If you need further assistance, our support team is available Monday through Friday from 6 AM to 6 PM and on Saturdays from 6 AM to 3 PM PT.
