Third party app for Payroll history

You can only use a 3rd party tool to import payroll history as JE. Explore TP Importer and they offer a one time license.

While I’m unable to recommend an app, I can direct you to a website where you can look for an application that allows you to import detailed weekly payroll history. Let me show you how:

1. Go to this link: Apps for QuickBooks Desktop.
2. From there, enter a keyword in the Search field or use the Filters section to narrow down the process.
3. This action will display a list of apps.
4. Click on the View Profile button to see more details about the software.
   

Alternatively, you can look for a third-party app outside the QuickBooks website or follow Fiat Lux - ASIA's recommendation above.

It is not possible to import payroll paychecks or other transactions into QuickBooks using any method. You can import the paychecks as standard checks, though, but they won't impact the payroll feature in QuickBooks.
