Customer is church and presently has old computer using Windows10 with QB Desktop 2016
We are pro advisor and have tested file running on our Windows 10 seems with no issues
However on Windows 11 Pro that also has 2018, 2021 and 2022 Accountant version installed
Failed install 2016 Accountant
Is this to expected?
Of course am talking to customer to upgrade to latest Charity NonProfit QB

Will try Quickbooks Tool hub, have it installed will test
Very familiar with REbuild and Verify and qbwin.log
Tried installation issues Quickbooks Install Diagnostic Tool
Reboot
and install with admin and still fails
Also tried MicrosoftProgram_Install_and_Uninstall.meta.diagcab and still no help
Cannot think of anything else to do
Will have to downgrade install to Windows 10
Still error

Try to install it on Win 8 compatibility mode.
how do you install windows 8 compatibility mode
i can run in that mode but it won't install
