Receive payment not working in Quickbooks Apps or online. 'Save and New' button does not do anything - anyone else having this problem - please help if you know the fix.

Well, with all due respect, this is not my job.

Intuit is not alone in convincing the end-users of their products to supply them with free labor, but think about it - you are asking me to take an hour or two away from my job to help you fix a basic flaw in your software that you seem to have been aware of for at least two years.

Again, with all due respect, Intuit has vastly greater resources than I and should be doing this without my needing to ask or to spend my time.

-Log in to https://merchantcenter.intuit.com

-Click on Account

-Click on Account Profile

-Click on Contact Information

-Re-enter your Contact Email even if it is already there.  Best to use the same email address you use for sending invoices.  Best to use small case for your email address.  If you get an error message, call Intuit to change the email for you, or to make sure the email has been re-entered.

THIS FIXED THIS VERY ANNOYING PROBLEM FOR ME.

HOWEVER, THIS ONLY WORKS FOR PAYMENT OF NEW INVOICES SENT OUT AFTER THE ABOVE IS DONE.
