Hi Lulaesq, Have you been able to access Intuit using this method after 30 days again?

@eddie011

What year version? Do you have the validation code?

If the customer has the validation code then there is no need to contact quickbooks and your software is standalone software which can be used on any computer capable of running it.   With the  V-code the customer does not need online access to instal/run the program and have full access with no trial.

    QB2008Pro does NOT prompt you for the V-code, they tell you to call QB after entering the license key.  And you people don't tell the customer to press Cntrl-RP to bring up the V-code prompt. Instead you just tell them " we don't support the product anymore" and once again, we don't need your support if we have the License key and the V-code...they never expire, the software does not check an online database to confirm the License number and it certainly doesn't do that after entering the V-code. Its too old and they didn't do that back then, I bet that drives you people crazy.

Does this apply to Australian version as well?

5-28-26 I have same issue and have had not success in any installation instructions.  It appears continuously to be Intuit failing to verify license number that has been working fine until I had to re-install on my new Windows 11 computer.  Intuit has given no solutions and they appear to have blocked any others with same issue. I have been a user of QB for 30 + years and used with many clients.  NOW THIS ! ! ! ! ! Unacceptable!  But I still need the issue corrected.

As I recall, Reckon was responsible for the Australian version, not Intuit. If their servers don't accept your validation code, using the trial version should be the last resort.
