When restoring data, your Online Backup and Restore app can restore it from a specific time or date. This is controlled using the Restore to ▼ drop-down menu.
If you've performed a back up in the past, you can save your changes since it occurred by selecting Incremental as your Backup Type. This will only back up data that's been entered since the previous one.
Here's how:
- Sign in to the company you want to back up as an admin.
- Use your Gear (⚙️) icon, then choose Back up company.
- Click Backup.
- Press New Manual Backup.
- Pick a company.
- From the Backup Type ▼ drop-down, choose Incremental.
- Select Request Backup.
After saving your backup, you can restore its accounting data.
