I have an older Mac computer that is running Quickbook 2010 and have now purchased a new Mac computer and installed Quickbooks 2022 as this Mac wouldn't run 2010 version. Is it possible to backup / restore the data from the older to the newer? I did not see any options for this. Thank you. - Bill

Hi Bill!
Normally, you would need to convert your company file from version 2010 to version 2013, 2016, 2019, and then 2022. However, older versions are not compatible with the latest OS version for Mac computers anymore, so I suggest contacting our support for QB Mac to see what they can do with your company file. They are available on weekdays from 6 AM to 6 PM PT.
If you have other concerns, feel free to go back to this thread. Take care and have a good one.

Thank you for your response, I was thinking that there was no "easy" way to do this. I will contact support next week.
Which MacOS do you run now?
