Upon checking on my resources, there is an open investigation (INV-46856) for this issue that you have. Try accessing your QuickBooks on a private browser if this removes the error clear your browser's cache and cookies that might be the cause of this error.

Once it works, you can now clear your browser's cache and cookies.
I recommend contacting our QuickBooks support team so that they can add you to the affected users and they will send an email to let you know if this investigation is resolved. Also, please check our support hours and call us at the time most convenient for you.

I followed all the suggested steps and there has been no change to the problem. Still see the 8.
