Thank you for participating in the Community forum, @GlennRene. I recognize how time-saving it would be to use the T21 Zebra Scanner to track inventory. Since nothing happens, I'll share some information and direct you to the department that can help you further.
There's a current investigation about Scanning Barcodes in the QuickBooks Desktop mobile app. As much as I want to help you, this might require personal information that we cannot share here. Therefore, I recommend contacting our Support Team so that they can add you to the list of affected users. This way, you'll receive prompt solutions as soon as they're available.
Here's how:
- Go to the Help icon, then select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
- Press Contact Us.
- Enter a description of your subscription concern, then click Continue.
Please make sure to note our operating hours in this article: QuickBooks Desktop Customer Support.
As a workaround, you can manually enter the quantity of the items instead of scanning the barcode.
