Let me share the tax forms that need to be filed.
Since it’s the first month of the year, you’ll need to prepare the Form W2 and the Form 940 (Federal unemployment) these forms are the federal forms that need to be filed annually. Anyways please make sure that you’re enrolled in the e-services feature of QuickBooks for you to be able to do this.

Please note that it depends per state if they allow QuickBooks to electronically filed and pay their taxes. You can check this article for more details: Payroll Tax Compliance.
If you have Set up and use Automated Sales Tax, you will also be able to file your sales tax liability and returns directly through QuickBooks Online. Please check this article for details: US Sales Tax – E-Filing and Payments.
For future reference in case you’ll be preparing form 941 after the end of the first quarter, here’s how: 1. Click Taxes, then Payroll Tax. 2. Next click on Quarterly Forms, then on the right-hand side, click on 941 then hit View.
