Also, if you have quickbooks online installed on your computer can you also use Quickbooks desktop please?

I have rejoined QB (online). I need to download and run QH 2021 desktop trial version, in order to access desktop QB files generated when I was using the desktop version, and migrate them to QB Online. I have downloaded the desktop software (from https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-us/new-subscriptions/download-a-trial-of-quickbooks-d...), but when I add the Licence and Product numbers given on this webpage to activate the desktop software, it says the Product number is wrong. There is no option to skip this step.

This way, they can provide the correct codes to use when installing the trial version of QBDT 2021.
