Trying to cancel wholesale billing and keep getting the error "An unexpected error occurred. Please try after some time." How do I bypass this error?
There is no true cancel but transferring the billing from your wholesale over to the client payment source on file is the step involved. If they have no payment method in place when you move them they will be unable to renew this company and will have to start from scratch
