Then, try to change your billing information and then check if it has the same error. If no, you can go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to delete the outdated data.
Here are the keyboard shortcuts to access an incognito browser:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Hold down Command + Shift + N
However, if you're still getting the same error. You'll want to reach out to your financial institution to verify your card information and make sure everything is correct.
