we're moving your data to the cloud stuck at 0%

trying to move from desktop 2016 to online for over 30 minutes.

it is stuck at 0% on the page that says were moving your data to the cloud.

it says to keep the desktop version open, i do have it open.

it is at 0% retreiving your lists.

I appreciate you for notifying us about your experience when trying to move from QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT)  to QuickBooks Online (QBO), IneedtoPee. I'm here to share insights about this. 

 

Currently, we have an ongoing investigation into the error message you're experiencing when moving your data from QBDT to QBO. Rest assured that our engineers are doing their best to fix it as soon as possible.

 

I recommend contacting our Customer Care team so you'll be added to the list of affected users. This way, you'll receive email updates on the investigation's status and be notified once it's been resolved. 

 

Here's how to reach them:

 

  1. Click the Help menu in the upper-right-hand corner.
  2. Type in "Talk to a human", then press Enter.
  3. Select Contact Support Team.
  4. Type again Talk to a human and click Contact Support Team.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us.'

You need to install the trial license for QB Desktop 2019 and 2021 to upgrade your company file gradually and convert it to QB Online. Contact me in private and we can share the trial codes.
