I've looked into the screenshots you attached, chinarut.
Looks like that you're using the dark mode option for your QuickBooks Self-Employed app. For now, this display mode is not yet supported. It can be the reason why you see prompts as greyed out.
The troubleshooting steps provided by my colleagues above are ways on how to get rid of unexpected behavior within the app. We can try to switch to the regular mode first to check if the same thing happens. Then, follow the steps shared by @Adrian_A on how to reset the app's data for Android.

ok if I understand correctly, QBSE does not support Dark Mode in Android 10 yet.
