200k Direct Deposit withdrawn but never sent missing for 2 weeks

To all,

I am the CEO of RRD Financial and hoping I can get some help or at least get pointed in the right direction. I cannot get any help or speak with anyone in a position of power at Intuit to help me recover my 200,000 ACH. We initiated an ACH through the QB platform on April 6th to send money from our Wells Fargo account to our Pinnacle Bank account. The money was withdrawn from our Wells account the following day April 7th as usual, but was not received at our other bank. We have been doing this without any issues for the past 5 years. I confirmed that JP Morgan (Intuits bank) received the money and provided supporting documents. Ultimately this has just been a huge business interruption. I realize there was some glitch in the processing of the payment and QB support team is also acknowledging that, however I am talking with people that seem to know very little about the process nor have any ability to actually help. I have spent countless hours on the phone and the way support is arranged I cannot even speak with the same person when I call back so I end up having to go through everything again. My cell number is [removed] I would be extremely grateful of any attention or help you can give to this and I can provide any support that you need. I have given ACH trace from Wells to JP Morgan (Intuit’s Bank) however Intuit is unable to provide me with any information regarding a trace # from JP Morgan to Pinnacle as the money was never sent and is what I so desperately need help with at this point. Sorry to be so long winded, but I felt a little background was needed.

Hellot there, @Dalgood

I'm here to guide you in tracing the ACH funds transfer. Due to security reasons, our system removed your phone number.

I know you already contacted our support team. At this point, I'd recommend calling us again so you can make a follow-up on the case.

I've got you this article for your future reference: Fix direct deposit issues.

Get back to me if you have additional concerns. I'll be there to help you again.
