2020 W2 employers copy. I don't know what happened it was before my employment began. Not in forms to print and not archived. How can I get these forms back and print them or e-file them? Need to do ASAP. SS and IRS are saying they did not got them. Employer says they were e-filed. Don't know how to fix this.
Please help.
Accessing your 2020 W2 copy is my priority, @RaeAnn2.
When your 2020 W2 copy was successfully e-filed by your employer through Intuit Online Payroll (IOP), the forms should be accessible from the Taxes & Forms tab. They're required to mail Copies B, C, and 2 to you and other employees as well. Then, once you’re invited by your employer to QuickBooks Workforce, you can see and print copies of your W2s.
With this, I'd recommend contacting your employer again and have them print the forms for you. This way, you can file one to the IRS and SS. To do this, here's how:

Please keep me posted on how it goes. Let me know in the comments if you have other concerns about viewing prior years (2020) W2 forms in IOP. I'm always around to help. Take care always, @RaeAnn2.
This does not help. I am doing the payrolls now for the company and the forms are not there to print. They are not in archived forms either. Is there a way to get them back?
Hi there, RaeAnn.
I appreciate you for following the steps provided by my colleague above to locate and print the 2020 W2 through the archived forms. Since you're still unable to see the form from there, I would recommend reaching out to our Support Team for further assistance. A live representative can pull up the form for you and help you print it as soon as possible.
