I'll help you get past the error, accounting-aquat.
The error 378 means that QuickBooks Online (QBO) is unable to access your bank due to the issue in login information. This also happens when a user has been removed access from your FI website.
We can fix this by re-establishing the connection between QBO and the bank.
I'll show you how:
- Navigate to the Banking page.
- Press on the account displaying the error 378.
- Hit on the link that says “Sign in to [Bank Name]”
- Enter your login credentials and choose all of the accounts you want QuickBooks to have access to.
- Click Continue (this word might vary slightly depending on the financial institution). The “OAuth” window will close after this step.
- Tick on Update to make sure transactions now download into the account.
I've also included here a link that contains some steps about fixing online banking errors for your reference: What to do if you see a bank error or bank transactions won’t download?
