3rd Party QB POS Support

I was just contacted by someone at Anytime QuickBooks Support to set up an appointment to upgrade our POS from version 18 to version 19. Thing is, I can't find any information on Anytime QuickBooks Support. They said they have our license but need the license number. What?! Is this a scam? I called the phone number that shows in my POS to contact Intuit to upgrade my POS on Monday at 5:14 pm PT to get a message that the office was closed and I should call during their business hours of 6 am to 6 pm PT. Really?!

Thanks for letting us know about the call you received. We don't contact our customers to upgrade their plans. Hence, I'd suggest you only deal with the legit and official QuickBooks Support team.
